Le projet de loi N° 6415 portant modification de la loi modifiée du 19 février 1973 concernant la vente de substances médicamenteuses et la lutte contre la toxicomanie, tel que déposé à la Chambre des Députés le 23 mars 2012, vise à transposer l’article 5 de la décision-cadre 2004/757/JAI du Conseil. (Dépôt le 23 mars 2012; procédure législative en cours).
Les articles 1 à 4 de la décision-cadre 2004/757/JAI du Conseil sont transposés dans le cadre de la loi précitée du 19 février 1973, telle que modifiée. (Publication Mem. A 12 du 3 mars 1973.
Applicable à partir du 6 mars 1973).
Les articles 6 à 7 de la décision-cadre 2004/757/JAI du Conseil sont transposés par la loi sur la responsabilité pénale des personnes morales du 3 mars 2010.
(Publication Mem. A 35 du 11 mars 2010. Applicable à partir du 14 mars 2010).
