Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

There is no provision in Irish law for the questionning of suspects or accused persons by video conference. However, if a suspect or witness is required to give evidence at a trial, they can be summoned to attend. 8-12 weeks notice must be given to the central authority.
