Call for evidence for the evaluation of the Eurojust Regulation

The Commission has published the ‘call for evidence’ for the evaluation of the Eurojust Regulation.

A call for evidence is a public consultation which explains the problem to be tackled, the objectives to be met, and the need for EU action. It also outlines policy options and describes the main features of the consultation strategy. Anyone can provide feedback during these public consultations by the Commission. We share this with you because as an EJN Contact Point you may wish to use an opportunity to you give your contribution to the evaluation of the Eurojust Regulation during this stage.

Feedback can be given until 19 June 2024 by clicking on the following link: Eurojust evaluation. Note that the feedback can be submitted anonymously.
