The European Judicial Network (EJN) would like to bring to the attention of the judicial practitioners of an upcoming online training organised by the European Judicial Training Network (EJTN): International Cooperation in Criminal Matters – Mutual Legal Assistance and Extradition with Third Countries: Evidence Gathering with the United States (Advanced).

This advanced webinar will explore the legal and practical aspects of evidence gathering with the United States in the context of mutual legal assistance and extradition. Participants will gain an in-depth understanding of the applicable legal framework, the main challenges encountered in cooperation with third countries, and the practical tools available to facilitate effective cross-border judicial cooperation. The training is intended for judges, prosecutors, judicial practitioners and court staff with prior knowledge of judicial cooperation in criminal matters who wish to further develop their expertise in this area.
