The European Judicial Training Network (EJTN) is launching its new Legal Updates Series in its commitment to delivering practical and timely judicial trainings. The first edition of this new series, which will run from November to December 2026, includes seven webinars on the new e-Evidence package.
Open to judges, prosecutors, and court staff, as well as other relevant professionals where appropriate, the webinars are tailored specifically to the national procedural contexts of the EU Member States. The seven abovementioned webinars particularly focus on Austria, Germany, France, Spain, Poland, Italy, Greece and Romania, and are offered in the languages of the respective Member States. Additional webinars, focused on the remaining EU Member States, are planned for launch in 2027.
The webinars will teach participants how the new e-Evidence package facilitates access to electronic evidence across borders, and provide them with practical guidance on the relevant procedures, deadlines and safeguards. Moreover, the sessions cover the roles of competent national authorities, the JUDEX system, and key support actors, including Eurojust, the SIRIUS project, the EJCN and the EJN.
More information and instructions on how to register can be found on the EJTN Website.
