The Global Operational Network of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Authorities (the GlobE Network), established in 2021, is open to specialized law enforcement bodies of all UN Member States and States parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). The Network governed by its members and supported by the United Nations Office against Drugs and Crime (UNODC), which provides the Network’s secretariat.
The GlobE Network is a rapidly expanding global community of practitioners dedicated to countering corruption. It facilitates transnational cooperation on corruption cases. The GlobE Network members connect and collaborate directly within the GlobE Network secure communication platform to further cases. The platform is a vital tool for the secure sharing of information and good practices to detect investigate and prosecute corruption. Practical support to investigators and prosecutors includes specialized resources, tools and facilitation of bi- and multilateral meetings. With partners, the Network strives for effective and efficient transnational cooperation between practitioners worldwide.
