Estonian or English An EAW has to be sent to the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs within 3 working days following the person’s being committed into custody in Estonia. EAW translations must be sent to the Ministry of Justice and Digital Affairs, but SIS is also accepted as a channel of transmission.

Special requirements

Estonian law does not regulate the conditions for surrender for accessory offences. If the EAW will include accessory offences, the court will decide whether surrender is permitted for those offences or not.
