Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Persons who are subjected to confrontations or line-ups have a right under Maltese law to be assisted by a lawyer during confrontations or identity parades. This is an extension of the right to access to a lawyer and applies not only to suspects but also to person in general who are required to attend an investigative or evidence-gathering act.

Office of the Attorney General receives the request as the central authority. The request is communicated to the Executive Police and a Magistrate if necessary
