Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

The requirements depend on the information being requested. Maltese authorities can execute requests for obtaining information on national legislation even without the need for a formal cooperation request. If the information that is requested is in the possession of Maltese authorities due to having been gathered in the context of local investigations, then a formal request must be sent for Maltese authorities to consider releasing such information.
