Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

In the framework of criminal proceedings, the Public Prosecutor or the Judge are competent to acquire these records. However, the Police Forces have their own data-base, containing mainly police records, which they can check in the framework of both criminal and administrative proceedings. The request has to be sent via the ordinary EIO or MLA channels.
