Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

A Hungarian judicial authority may directly exchange information with another Member State's judicial authority in an ongoing or already finished criminal case, where reasonable grounds exist to believe that the transmitted information is needed to the foreign authority for the purposes of preventing, investigating and effectively prosecuting a criminal offence. A Hungarian judicial authority may give consent to the use of transmitted information as evidence, when the conditions, which are set forth in the CCP for the use of data as evidence, are met.
