Is this measure possible in your Member State under International Judicial Cooperation?

Joint investigation teams (JIT), set up by two or more states, consisting of investigative officers of these states, meant to carry out difficult investigations in a cross-border crime context requiring a coordinated and conserted action in the states involved, in order to concentrate transnational insights without further MLA requests. In each individual case, a mutual special agreement setting up the JIT is required. The MLA request to set up a JIT shall contain the specific purpose, the estimated period (which may be extended) and proposals concerning the prospective leading members and members of the JIT in order to prepare the stipulation of a mutual agreement setting up the JIT.
