According to article 202 §1 of the CPC „At least two expert psychiatrists shall be appointed by the court, and in the investigation – by the prosecutor, to deliver an opinion on the mental condition of the suspect/accused. Upon a motion of psychiatrists, expert witness or expert witnesses of other specialties are appointed to participate in the preparation of the opinion. The court, and in the investigation – the prosecutor, shall appoint an expert sexologist to participate in the preparation of the opinion on mental condition of the suspect/accused in the scope of sexual preference disorders.
