Judicial cooperation measure
for
A permission for transit of a wanted person through the territory of the Republic of Poland shall be granted by the Ministry of Justice. The request for a consent for transit should contain personal data of the person, nationality, the legal basis of the request (EAW, extradition), and description of the offence with its legal qualification. If the transit takes place by air and no landing is expected, it shall be sufficient to notify the Minister of Justice of the transit of the wanted person above the territory of the Republic of Poland.
